QH Residents,
There is a number of Residents that are "NOT" complying with the Garbage Can Covenant.
Article I, Line 11
Specifically outlines that a garbage container "CAN NOT" be left outside in view from Street, except of Trash Collection Day. Please be neighborly, and keep our Neighborhood looking "AWESOME!" Thank You!
